Meet Ruby Interactive Presentation

Meet Ruby

A self-guided, interactive sales presentation that demonstrates Ruby Receptionists’ value and services.

The Challenge:

Ruby Receptionists provides live chat and virtual receptionists for small to medium-sized businesses across the country. The value of their products stems from the personal, high-touch service provided by their team of live agents. The demand generation team identified a lack of in-depth marketing content that spoke directly to this value and decided to develop an interactive sales presentation that could be either self-guided or leveraged by a sales representative to walk a potential new customer through the customer journey and to a new sale.

My Role:

I played many different roles in this project:

  • Provided art direction for elements, photography, and video based on the upcoming rebrand of the company. Tools used: Pinterest Moodboards

  • Development of initial wireframes to organize the structure of the presentation. Tools used: Adobe Illustrator

  • Storyboards to illustrate and plan the interactions and motion. Tools used: Adobe Illustrator

  • High fidelity mockups to get buy-in on the design before moving into the build phase. Tools used: Adobe Illustrator

  • Organized, shot, & edited several pieces of custom photography and video. Tools used: Fujifilm XT-100, DJI Osmo Pocket, Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe Lightroom + Adobe Photoshop

  • Curated, purchased & edited several pieces of stock photography and video. Tools used: Adobe Photoshop + Adobe Aftereffects

  • Built the presentation and animations online. Tools used: Ceros

  • Coordinated with the Director of Demand Generation and Content Marketing Specialist on editing and developing copy.

  • Helped project manage the development of the presentation and launch of the presentation on the marketing website.
